Silver Grapefruit Spoons Hallmarks Sheffield 1938 offered for sale by Silver2treasure.
They have shaped, curved and pointed bowls with a typical Art Deco pattern to the front of the handles. They are made from a good guage of silver and have clear hallmarks. They come in their original cream box which has a red piped line around the outline of the lid. Makers Marks: J.D & S (James Dixon & Sons Ltd). They measure 5.5 inches long in total, the bowls being 2 inches long and just over 1 inch wide. They weigh a total of 150g. They are all in very good condition and so too is the box with just a little staining to the underside and a little staining to the cream lining to the inside of the lid, but this is very minor
