A Set of 6 Scottish Antique Silver Large Teaspoons. The front of the handles are in the Queens Pattern (the backs are plain). They each have fancy engraved initials of "CB" in the top part of the handles, but they are small and quite faint and unobtrusive. These spoons are made from a good guage of silver and have clear hallmarks for GLASGOW 1840/41 Makers Marks: PA (Peter Aitken I)
Just under 6 inches long in total, the bowls being 2 inches long and 1.25 inches wide at their widest. They weigh a total of 136g. They are all in very good condition
A very good set of 6 antique Scottish solid silver Queens pattern large teaspoons and ideal if you need to add to a canteen or a lovely set to start one, in this very popular pattern.
