This is an example of a lovely Boxed Pair of Antique Sterling Silver Victorian Preserve Spoons.
They are very decorative and have a chased flower, leaf and scroll pattern to the interior of the bowls which have fluted and flared rims and to the front of the handle. They have a fancy blank cartouche to the top of each handle and they come in their original deep red lined box. They have good crisp clear hallmarks and they are made from a good guage of silver

Dimensions: 5.75 inches long in total the bowls 2 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. They weigh a total of 67g
Condition: They are in lovely condition and so too is the box inside with just a little wear to the rims of the outside but this is very minor
Remarks: This really is a very pretty antique boxed Victorian pair of 115 year old solid silver preserve. They are highly decorative and in lovely condition. If you did not want to keep them for yourself they would make a lovely Engagement, Wedding or Silver Wedding present.
